To use FeedBuzzz, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. It is your responsibility to keep your account information updated.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to disclose your credentials to any third party. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

2. User Conduct

You agree to use FeedBuzzz for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You shall not engage in any conduct that may interfere with or disrupt the functionality of FeedBuzzz or compromise its security.

You agree not to:

• Use FeedBuzzz to transmit, distribute, or store any material that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, obscene, or harmful to others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of FeedBuzzz, other user accounts, or any related systems or networks.
• Use any automated means or scripts to access or interact with FeedBuzzz, unless expressly authorized by us.

3. Intellectual Property

FeedBuzzz and its content, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and images, are protected by intellectual property rights. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on FeedBuzzz without our prior written consent.

By using FeedBuzzz, you do not acquire any ownership rights to the intellectual property of FeedBuzzz or any third-party materials displayed on FeedBuzzz.

4. Privacy

We collect, store, and process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using FeedBuzzz, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Payments and Billing

Certain features or services provided by FeedBuzzz may require payment. You agree to pay all applicable fees and charges associated with the use of such features or services.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of FeedBuzzz.

7. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue FeedBuzzz, or any part thereof, at any time and without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modifications, suspension, or discontinuation.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to FeedBuzzz, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to access and use FeedBuzzz will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United Kingdom.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under any applicable law, such provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and XiaoD Software Tech. regarding your use of FeedBuzzz and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings.
